“According to the confirmation policy, Two Villas Holiday Phuket will guarantee booking by pre-authorized the other balance on client’s credit card in order to RECONFIRM booking with hotel.
The pre-authorize process is not charging process, system will unlock your amount within 15 days.
The outstanding balance will be paid at the villa on check in time you can also advise our staff to charge on your pre-authorize amount or make a payment by cash.
If the pre-authorize process is not successfully from any reasons, your booking will be automatically cancelled by hotel.”
